Terms and Conditions for Condo Vacation Rental Booking

Welcome to Stay Quivira. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your condo stay.

Booking and Payment

By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

100% Refund: Cancellations made at least 60 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 60 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

Reservation Confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from Stay Quivira.

Substitution Due to Maintenance or Unavailability

If the reserved condo is unavailable due to maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances, Stay Quivira reserves the right to provide an alternative condo. The substitute condo will be equivalent in quality and features, as per the descriptions provided on the Stay Quivira website. Guests agree to accept the alternative accommodation under these conditions.

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Community Rules

Guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Quivira development, which include but are not limited to noise restrictions, respecting quiet hours, and ensuring the peaceful enjoyment of the community by all residents and guests. Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or penalties, and guests may be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Liability

Stay Quivira is not liable for any unforeseen issues that may arise during your stay. However, we will make every effort to resolve any problems to ensure a pleasant experience.
